Hamburger steak medium rare, eggs over easy, hashbrowns, sourdough, side of bacon. Simple, right? Amazing how few get it right. Here they NAILED IT. Beef was lean, flavorful and NOT overcooked, eggs perfect, good quality bacon and bread. Hashbrowns were crisp outside, fluffy and tasty inside. Waitress was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. I'll be trying the chicken fried steak next.September 10, 2016
